Recently, he has been jailed for 18 months for causing the death of a girl who died nine years after a car crash left her severely disabled. In 2006, Antonio was driving his mother Range Rover and Smashed into Cerys Edwards Jeep and she was 11 months old. In fact, Antonio was 19 years old and this incidence happened just six months after passing his test.

Cerys Edwards family was returning home after from delivering Christmas presents and on November 11, 2006, Antonio Singh Boparan crashed them on the wrong side of the road.
In fact, Cerys Edwards brain was severely damaged and was badly Injured. In 2015, she passed away for spending the rest of her life on a Ventilator. Later, Antonio was convicted of dangerous driving and jailed for 21 months, but only six months. In 2012, Cerys was awarded £5 million compensation for her care.
Apart from this, Antonio Boparan was involved in a Birmingham bar brawl which left a man blinded in April 2014 and he received a 12 months prison sentence after admitting in the court to inflicting actual bodily harm and violent disorder.
