Dee Dave aka David Leroy King was 29 years old East Baltimore rapper was shot dead in a shooting around 5 a.m. at the Kings Mill Apartment complex on January 24. The double shooting happened around 5:11 a.m. at the Kings Mill Apartment complex in the 900 blocks of Holgate Drive.
