Alejandro Romero’s pre-recorded deposition was shot in a car in January 2021, and the clip was shown in court on Wednesday in Fairfax, Virginia. Police were summoned to a domestic disturbance on May 21, 2016, and Romero was interrogated about it. Romero stated he was “so stressed out” and didn’t “want to deal with this anymore” throughout his testimony.
In the days after the LAPD was summoned to their house, Romero testified that he couldn’t recall seeing “any scars or bruises” on Heard’s face. He also said he had no idea if Heard was wearing makeup at the time.
In 2015, Heard, 36, and Depp, 58, married. Heard filed for a domestic violence restraining order against him in May 2016, alleging he of beaten her. Depp rejected the allegations, and the former couple reached an out-of-court settlement in August 2016.

“What?’ Is it really four inches off the ground? The dog was licking his paws. You suppose someone is attempting to get access to your apartment with scratches four inches above the floor, in my head?” He said something that made everyone in the courtroom chuckle. “They were scared to death… They requested that I enter the unit and investigate each room separately. He said, “It’s part of my job, so I did it.”
The entire testimony was deemed to be rather amusing by Internet users since the doorman seemed to be completely disinterested in the questioning. He also acknowledged not reading the court’s documentation, stating, “I’m going to be honest; I didn’t want to study them since it’s been so long.” “I simply don’t want to cope with it any longer.”
The courtroom erupted in laughter many times as a result of Alejandro’s scathing remarks, and Johnny Depp cracked a few smiles.
