Emily Kong is a Malaysian actress and Singer who is popular for appearing in the films ‘The Surprise Girl’ and ‘Getting hard’. Unfortunately, the actress passed away on March 9, 2019, in a car crash near the NSK hypermarket in the city.
According to some of the people who witnessed the accident says that she was driving the car at high speed and eventually she crashes into a tree at Jalan Kuchai Lama and the fire broke out immediately. As the fire started to burn more, the people across the street called the police and the fire brigade to put off the fire. But, before she could get any help, she dies within a few minutes after the incident.

Within a short period of time following the accident, the rescue team arrived at the spot and tried to pull the body out of the car. But after trying hard, they finally decided to cut the car to take the singers body out.
When the body was taken out, it was seen that there were some severe injuries on her head and it was later sent to postmortem. The death news of Emily has crushed the hearts of her family members and moreover, her family did not make an appearance on the press. Her funeral rituals will be taking place on Tuesday at Full Gospel Assembly Church Kuchai Lama.
