Jasmine Roth is the creator of Built Custom Homes, the curator of The Shop by Jasmine Roth, and the host of the HGTV episodes Hidden Potential and HELP! My House Was Destroyed. On Sunday, April 24, the first episode of Home Town Kickstart aired. Jasmine Roth and Ty Pennington spent tonight’s edition of the program refurbishing Buffalo, Wyoming’s lone theatre.
They also assisted in the renovation of a veteran’s house and the creation of a mural in the community. Jasmine Roth and Ty Pennington transformed a little hamlet in Buffalo, Wyoming, in the debut episode of Home Town Kickstart. The village was surrounded by beautiful mountains.
In just six weeks, the couple took on the task of rebuilding a local veteran’s house, erecting a local monument, and remodeling a local public theatre. The two assisted Leishaan Crane, a veteran, and nursing student, in renovating her old home. There were no doors or cupboards in her room. Her bedroom had a lot of windows, which caused the room to freeze on snowy days. She served as a veteran for 11 months while being a single mother, it was found.
With the support of other veterans, the crew repainted her house and roof. To add a splash of color to her life, the two decided to install a fish scale roof. The home was completely covered with large plank hardwood tiles. Inset cabinets were installed in the kitchen with the cooperation of local businesses.
