Miranda Elish is an American soft footballer, Sophomore and a student who has gained fame as a pitcher for the University of Texa softball team. However, recently the college softball player went to the hospital after her own teammates throw hit on her face.
An unusual incident occurred this Friday during the NCAA Division 1 Super Regional game between University of Texas and Alabama in Tuscaloosa. An Alabama player blunted and the Texas catcher Mary picked up the ball and threw towards a second base, hoping to put out the runner from first. But the catchers throw hit Miranda squarely in the face and she collapsed to the ground. The play was immediately stopped and the pitcher was later helped off the field. According to the ESPN reports it is said that Elish won’t be playing the next match.

Miranda was born on September 30, 1997, in Crown Point, Indiana, United States of America. She is the daughter if Dawn Elish (Mother) who works in a middle school and her father is a businessman. The 22-year-old Elish has two siblings named Brady Elish (brother) aged 9 years and a sister named Madi Elish and both are athletes and participate in sports.
The softball player has attended Crown point high school and at the age of five years, she started playing softball as she was inspired by her mother, who herself was a softball player during her school days. In fact, she was also in the school basketball team but later had to quit it in order to focus on softball. She was a three-time “Indiana Gatorade Player of the Year” and after her successful year at High School, she enrolled at “Oregon State University Ducks” and later took a transfer to Texas State University. In Indiana, Elish’s club team was Beverly Bandits.
