In fact, while he was in school he grew interested in music and his grandmother bought him a Violin but after a few days of practicing it he smashed it due to frustration and leaned to play Piano.

Shin was awestruck when his brother named Yi showed him the magic trick and when he asked his brother how you learned the trick he pointed towards the youtube and from there he watched several videos on youtube on magic tricks and developed several own tricks and showcase his talent on youtube.

In 2012, he enrolled at International Federation of Magic Societies World Championship and Shin finished six places at the competition. After a year in 2013, he was contacted by an agent and signed to tour China. Later, he performed in the shows and even changed his magic routine and extended to 20 minutes of worth of tricks but did not speak in Chinese.

Shin appeared on Penn & Teller: Fool Us in 2015 and 2017. In 2015 he won the Magiques World Championship for Close-up Card Magic. His performance on Fool Us was uploaded on youtube and received huge popularity for his performance.
